Reflections on CPD

CPD points & talks · Psychologists

In this short clip, Speech Therapist, Tali Frankel, reflects on the importance of Continuous Professional Development. Although we often view this as an additional responsibility that may seem costly, Tali shares some insight into the need for it as healthcare workers. She emphasises the vital importance of evidence-based practice and the need to continue growing as therapists. After watching, I reflected on my own outlook regarding CPD Points and it left me thinking - we really owe it to ourselves and our patients to provide the best, most effective therapy possible and continuous professional development can assist us in ensuring we do just that.
