Participants will gain an understanding of the three primary conflict styles: avoidance, accommodation, and assertion, & how these manifest differently across the nine Enneagram types. The session delves into how each type tends to approach conflict, including common strengths, challenges, and behavioural tendencies under stress. Attendees will learn to recognize their own default conflict style and identify the styles of others, building greater emotional intelligence and awareness in interpersonal dynamics. The talk will also offer adaptive strategies tailored to each Enneagram type, supporting more constructive communication and resolution techniques. It specifically explores the ‘reactive’ types (Enneagram 4, 6, and 8), the ‘positive outlook’ types (2, 9, and 7), and the ‘competency’ types (1, 3, and 5), equipping professionals with insight into how personality structures influence conflict responses in personal and professional relationships.
