Andy Nossel is both an Occupational Therapist and a Registered Counsellor. She has 30 years' experience in many areas of counselling, including psychiatry, addiction, trauma and palliative care. Andy is trained in the Multi-Modal Method of dealing with food addiction. She runs group programmes and offers individual sessions to assist people who are struggling in their relationship with food to take back their power in this area of functioning.
