Dr Ute Liersch – CPD Educator | Chartered Psychologist | Author | Leadership Strategist
When the nervous system unravels, we don’t need more performance — we need the psychology of resilience.
I’m Dr Ute Liersch, a Chartered Counselling and Coaching Psychologist (HCPC, CPsychol, FHEA) with over 20 years’ experience spanning therapy, trauma recovery, and executive leadership. I practise clinically from 10 Harley Street and The Soke in London, working at depth with individuals navigating burnout, emotional collapse, and complex transitions.
I'm the author of A Minimalist’s Guide to Becoming Resilient — a trauma-aware, body-first book that distils recovery into grounded, elegant actions. I also lead the Resilient Leadership Partnership, a high-impact executive mentoring programme rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic intelligence, and values-based decision-making.
As a public speaker, I’ve shared stages with Olympic athletes, psychiatrists, and industry leaders — always speaking to the quiet power of those who’ve lived through collapse, and now lead from embodied truth.
Now teaching on Calabash If you’re a therapist, coach, or clinician who holds others through crisis — my CPD courses offer clear, compassionate tools to help you stay present when everything breaks.
Come learn the theory and the psychology of resilience — from the body out. Let’s shape the future of emotionally fluent practice, together.
