Karien is a speech-language therapist with decades of experience working with children with cerebral palsy and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Karien has worked at schools for children with Cerebral Palsy and hearing impairments, and started her private practice in 1998. She is a Neurodevelopmental Therapy/Bobath trained therapist as well as an NDT Tutor through the South African Neurodevelopmental Therapy Association. She is also certified as an instructor in PROMPT therapy.
