Highly Specialist Eating Disorder Psychotherapist | Director of The Hope Space | CBT-E & Trauma-Informed Therapy Specialist

I’m a highly specialist psychotherapist with close to a decade of experience in the field of eating disorders and trauma. I’m the founder and clinical director of The Hope Space, a London-based outpatient service offering specialised care for individuals navigating eating disorders and complex trauma.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and compassionate, grounded in social work values and enriched by a range of evidence-based modalities including psychodynamic psychotherapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, CBT-E, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. I am deeply committed to offering a non-judgmental, collaborative space where individuals can explore their difficulties and connect with their inner resilience.

Alongside my clinical work, I contribute to training and development in the field—particularly around the implementation of CBT-E in treating eating disorders. I also consult at the London Centre for Eating Disorders and Body Image and have previously worked in both inpatient and outpatient services in South Africa and the UK.

Whether I’m supporting clients directly or training other professionals, my work is rooted in the belief that healing is possible when we are met with care, curiosity, and clarity.
