Tal Baron is a graduate student at Tel Aviv University, and is currently at work on his thesis, a study of metonymy and metaphor in both the structure of obsessional neurosis and in the work of T.S. Eliot. A native of Israel, he was raised in the United States and returned to his birthplace in 2014. His interests include Freudian and Lacanian psychoanalysis, German idealism, and the philosophical bases of cognitive-behavioral therapy.
