The Johannesburg Parent and Child Counselling Centre (JPCCC) is a counselling, training and development agency which provides short or long term therapy for adolescents, families, adults, couples, and play therapy for children. We provide consulting, training and mentoring for schools and other organisations and educational, psychological, and career assessments are undertaken for children and youth.

Our Vision

We aim to strengthen and preserve family life in order to keep children within family groupings. We work to enhance the functioning and capacity of the systems which impact on children and their families.

Our mission is the holistic development of individuals, families and communities through counselling and therapy, assessments, life skills, training, and community development. We strive towards the a contained, positive and functional society, where all people have access to therapeutic assistance to deal with their challenges. Our work enables us to improve the mental health of children and families in Johannesburg and Soweto.
