Dr Lucinda Tsunga

Dr. Lucinda Tsunga is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with experience in medical and high-risk community settings. She has interests in the psychological impact of medical conditions, neurological conditions, neurodevelopmental disorders, and trauma across the lifespan. Dr. Tsunga holds a PhD investigating the effects of trauma on children's mental health and cognition and has studied in both South Africa and the UK. 

Her clinical expertise spans neuropsychological and psychological assessments, psychodynamic therapy, and parent-infant psychotherapy, with a strong focus on collaborative care within medical teams. She has provided psychological support in hospital settings and community settings, including neonatal ICUs, oncology, and transplant units. She works with patients across the lifespan but has a special interest in paediatric psychology
