Gregory Whittaker is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. He has extensive experience as an expert witness and has given evidence in numerous High Courts and in arbitrations such as the Life Esidimeni Arbitration before former Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke. Last year he was involved in parliamentary submissions and presentations around the Road Accident Benefit Scheme Bill and State Liability Amendment Bill. He is a member of the Actuarial Society of South Africa's Damages Committee and an examination supervisor for the Society of Actuaries in Johannesburg.
