Yishai Gaster is an international Constellations trainer and facilitator with over 25 years of experience in Systemic Constellations. He is the founder of The Constellations Path, an internationally recognized training program dedicated to the mastery of Systemic Constellations, which has been active since 2006.

A Chiron Center for Holistic Psychotherapy (UK) graduate and a former UKCP integrative psychotherapist (1999–2007), Yishai combines clinical expertise with extensive experience in organizational development. He previously served as a VP at Columbia Marketing, a major UK-based book wholesale company, before transitioning into consulting and training within the organizational field in 2007.

Yishai began his work with Systemic Constellations in the UK in 1996 after being introduced to the methodology by Bert Hellinger. He pursued advanced training with Dr. Albrecht Mahr and Jan Jacob Stam, specializing in therapeutic and organizational applications of Constellations work.

Since founding The Constellations Path, he has trained professionals from diverse fields, including therapy, education, and business. He has conducted seminars at the Hebrew University, the Israeli Ministry of Education, and various professional institutions. His work explores niche applications of Constellations in midwifery, leadership, HR, research, and strategy development.

Yishai is also the creator of Constellate, an online platform for facilitating Constellations, team building, and strategic planning. As a recognized leader in the field, he continues to research, develop, and expand Systemic and Phenomenological Constellations globally.
