The Enneagram's Conflict Styles and the Impact on Relationships

In this talk, participants will not only delve into the Enneagram but also explore how it intersects with our approaches to conflict in stressful or challenging situations.

• Introduction to Conflict Styles: Gain insights into the three main conflict styles people typically present with in challenging situations: avoidance, accommodation, and assertion.
• Enneagram Types and Conflict: Explore how each of the nine Enneagram types tends to engage with conflict, including their natural tendencies, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Recognizing Patterns: Learn to recognize your own default conflict style and how it manifests under stress, as well as how to identify the conflict styles of others.
• Building Self-Awareness: Utilize Enneagram insights to deepen your understanding of your own triggers, reactions, and patterns of behaviour in conflict situations.
• Adaptive Strategies: Discover adaptive strategies for effectively managing conflict based on your Enneagram type, including communication techniques and conflict resolution skills.
• This talk will cover:
