Understanding and Managing Central Auditory Processing Disorder

This talk by clinical audiologist Natanya Berry will equip you with the skills to identify CAPD and distinguish its presentation from other diagnoses, such as ADHD. Natanya will outline symptoms and behavioural characteristics, and will look at the role of different professionals in managing CAPD so that children presenting with this diagnosis can be helped to achieve their potential. Natanya offers a case example, which illustrates deeply how CAPD presents and can be managed.
