Phonological disorders: Assessment & Treatment Approaches

This talk addresses developmental phonological disorders. The discussion covers key definitions and terms as well as differential diagnosis. Risk factors are discussed as well as a comprehensive presentation of assessment methods and treatments. A range of intervention approaches is covered in terms of theoretical principles and implementation. The talk concludes with a discussion about how change is measured and the way in which treatment goals are generalised.
