COVID-19 and Anxiety

Almost all of us have experienced a degree of uncertainty regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. For many however, this uncertainty triggers a large amount of anxiety. Dr Colinda Linde reviews why some may feel these emotions and how we can all better cope with this invisible enemy. 

As healthcare providers, it is incredibly easy to become wrapped up in a feeling of panic due to daily exposure to the virus and the effects of the pandemic.
